You can delete your PackIt account at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Sign in to PackIt.
2. Go to Account in the menu.
3. Under Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm.
4. Tap Delete my account. You'll be signed out immediately.

• Your sign-in identity — your email address and Google account link.
• Your display name.
• Your friends list.
• Your open market listings and trade offers are withdrawn, and coins held in any open player request are refunded before the request is cancelled.

• Anonymised coin-transaction records are retained so that completed trades and purchases remain balanced for the other players involved. These records are no longer linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you.

Signing in again later creates a brand-new account. Your cards, coins and collection are not restored.

Can't sign in to delete your account? Email reubendeklerk071@gmail.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
